Le site Charles River de Lyon est un site unique de 14 hectares, situé dans la vallée d'Azergues. Il offre un environnement scientifique innovant, dynamique et convivial où près de 900 personnes travaillent chaque jour dans l'objectif commun de participer au développement de pharmacothérapies, dans le respect du bien-être animal.
Le Poste :
Nous recherchons un Technicien de Laboratoire en pathologie technique - F/H - pour un CDD de 6 mois. Sous la responsabilité de votre manager d’équipe (10-15 personnes), vous intégrez un département d’environ 50 personnes, pour pratiquer les autopsies et/ou préparer des lames histologiques pour interprétation par nos Vétérinaires Pathologistes.Vous participez également à la vie du Laboratoire en apportant un regard critique sur votre travail. Vous savez identifier les anomalies, problèmes ou difficultés rencontrés dans votre quotidien.
Missions et responsabilités :
En histologie :
- Assurer la préparation des échantillons pour toutes les espèces (rongeurs et non rongeurs)
- Réaliser l'inclusion des organes en blocs de paraffine ;
- Réaliser la coupe des lames histologiques au microtome ;
- Effectuer la coloration standard des lames et le montage ;
- Utiliser en routine les automates à déshydrater, de coloration et les colleuses de lamelles.
En autopsie :
- Assurer la réalisation des autopsies de toutes les espèces utilisées en toxicologie,
- Réaliser la saisie des données manuscrites et informatiques,
- Contrôler les prélèvements et les données enregistrées,
- Contribuer à la qualité des études en assurant sans erreur les techniques de prélèvement et de fixation des organes.
- Participer aux tâches communes de rangement et d'entretien du laboratoire
Conditions spécifiques du poste :
Amplitude horaire : 7h/19h avec planning à la semaine
Qualifications souhaitées :
Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau Bac+2 dans le domaine de la Biologie et avez un attrait pour le domaine de la physiologie et l’anatomie ;
Vous êtes l’aise avec le travail en équipe mais également capable d’évoluer en autonomie. Vous êtes observateur, minutieux et rigoureux ;
Vous avez des bases en anglais lu et écrit.
Les Modalités:
- Convention collective de l’industrie pharmaceutique, groupe : 3
- Contrat : CDD Non-cadre (accord de modulation 35h)
- Salaire : comprise entre 25 500 et 26 800 euros bruts / an sur 13 mois
- Prise en charge de la mutuelle à 60%, restaurant d’entreprise, CSE
- Primes de transport, d’intéressement/participation, accord d’ancienneté, etc.
- Site non-accessible en transport en commun – Moyen de locomotion indispensable
