Le site Charles River de Lyon est un site unique de 14 hectares, situé dans la vallée d'Azergues. Il offre un environnement scientifique innovant, dynamique et convivial où près de 1000 personnes travaillent chaque jour dans l'objectif commun de participer au développement de pharmacothérapies, dans le respect du bien-être animal.

 

Le poste

Au sein de l’équipe Excellence Opérationnelle, en tant que Junior Project Manager en Alternance , vous participez au développement de l’amélioration continue, le suivi des programmes de projets et la réalisation de ces derniers. Véritable acteur du changement, vous accompagnez les opérationnels dans la réalisation des projets et changements nécessaires pour garantir l’efficacité et la rentabilité des activités en collaboration avec la direction du site, l’équipe Finance et vos homologues des autres sites du groupe Charles River.

 

Vos missions principales seront les suivantes : 

 

  •  Recueillir, comprendre et construire le cahier des charges les besoins fonctionnels exprimés,
  • Concevoir et développer des solutions à l'aide de la suite Office (Power Platform : Power BI, Automate, etc.),
  • Accompagner le développement et suivre la gestion du projet : suivi de planning, charte projet, analyse de risques, clôture et retour d'expérience.
  • Assurer la documentation de votre travail,
  • Maintenir et supporter les solutions développées dans un esprit d'amélioration continue. 

 

Profil recherché : 

 

  • De formation supérieure master ou formation Ingénieur,
  • Vous avez une réelle appétence pour les technologies Low-Code/No-code,
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre curiosité, votre adaptabilité et votre relationnel
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et transverse,
  • Les + : vous avez de bonnes connaissances des outils de développement No Code de la suite Office 365 et le domaine de l'amélioration continue
