Reporting to the Associate Director & Business Development Manager Europe, you will help in identifying new potential customers and/or unexplored markets in a focused portfolio set and lead operational activities including team management at client site. Working closely with Associate Director and client service team to create new pipeline to drive increases in business and lead the operational tasks coming from contracts in place.
- Supporting in building new business pipeline for the countries he/she is responsible, as well as upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Work as part of a deal team to ensure the best customer experience and response.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging opportunities
- Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to building strategic partnership
- Involvement in the development of pricing, preparing models for the calculation of ad hoc pricing for new business opportunities and Bids.
- Preparation of customers presentation or new opportunities info packages to support Management decision making
- Manage the operational team in the assigned territory, select appropriate managers and support the staff engagement and company culture
- Ensure efficient and top-quality operations at client site, staff competence and certifications, solving problem approach
- Ensure contractual compliance within operations and resource support for the Insourcing Solution teams.
- Liaise with support functions to identify relevant information for Company presentation and tender preparation.
- Monitor KPIs and performance of contracts and business development activities.
- Developing and implementing new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency
- Analyzing data to identify operational trends and opportunities for improvement
- Leading projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing costs
- Reviewing all operational processes for efficiency, scale and quality improvements
- Master’s Degree – business, biology, management or similar;
- Project Management knowledge;
- MS Office package and Presentation skills;
- Language: Mandatory German and English, preferred Italian
