Job Summary
The Human Resources Technology professional will be responsible for the overall vision, strategy, and operation across the global HR technology ecosystem. They will partner with HR, IT and business leadership to design and deliver innovative HR solutions that lead to a great employee experience. The incumbent will be a thought leader to drive the continued evolution of the HR technology platform through innovative new digital solutions and process improvement for current and future state. The ideal candidate has a keen awareness of market trends and the experience to implement efforts across a complex organization. This role will drive operational excellence and scalability while enabling our team to continue building a high-performing culture.

Responsibilities
• Design and lead the Global HRIS intake and governance board, where proposed updates/changes to the HRIS system are reviewed, approved, and prioritized through collaboration with IT and Finance.
• Thoughtfully lead a team (10 full-time employees & contingent staff) and technology partners; supports their development, manages performance and delegates effectively while managing performance and holding direct reports accountable to meet deadlines and goals.
• Think critically about the short and long-term evolution of your team and function; analyze learning gaps for direct reports, develop growth plans, and keep your team feeling engaged, rewarded, and motivated.
• Develop collaborative and productive relationships of all levels of employees ranging from Executive leadership to front-line, spanning multiple functions (such as HR, IT, and Finance) and includes managing external vendor relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to establish a functional global vision and roadmap for global HRIS execution aligned to the future business needs, talent strategy and employee experience. Adept at developing a long-term perspective that extends beyond the immediate initiatives, visualizes, and articulates a clear direction.
• Serve as the overall product owner for the HRIS ecosystem, and other supporting HR applications. Directs the pace and sequencing of the project portfolio and alignment with long-term strategic roadmap. Develops global policies, practices or processes to support the vision, in conjunction with senior leadership.
• Uses data to influence decisions, demonstrates executive presence to present new ideas and project updates and to effectively prioritize and execute the human resources technology roadmap.
• Identify opportunities for automation and reduction of manual processes and partner with team on implementation of modern and forward-thinking solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve unexpected issues or process flaws; recommends and works through solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements and ensure data integrity.
• Responsible for overseeing global HRIS system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of upgrades.
• Assists with budget planning, monitoring and expense management to ensure all project resourcing stays within budget plan guidelines, in conjunction with senior leadership.
• Plans, directs, and makes decisions on all change management initiatives, associated with system enhancements or known outages to the HRIS systems (including coordination of communication plans, training or documentation of changes).
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 10+ years SuccessFactors experience demonstrating expert level proficiency across the talent suite (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, LMS, Performance Management etc.).
• Minimum 10 years of people management, development and coaching
• Certifications in HR and/or Project Management preferred
Compensation Data
The pay range for this position is $220K - 230K USD annually. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
