Job Summary

 

The Customer Service and Service Operations teams are seeking a highly driven individual to support several revenue critical initiatives and provide operational coverage during a period of increased demand. This role will focus on reconnecting with customers whose instrument calibrations or service coverage have lapsed, helping ensure their instruments remain compliant and enabling continued reagent usage. The work directly supports both immediate revenue recovery and long term customer engagement.


In addition to service outreach, the position will contribute to a range of high value operational projects that strengthen data accuracy, streamline internal processes, and improve overall customer experience. 
This role is designed to help address key drivers of revenue and account activity by providing dedicated resources to proactively engage underutilizing customers and improve internal data quality. While the position will sit within the US organization, the selected candidate will support Customer Service and Service Operations at a global level, delivering broad operational impact across regions.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in protecting revenue, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction through timely, accurate, and proactive support.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Contacting Microbial customers to determine the status of their instruments
  • Outreach to dormant cartridge accounts to reactivate ordering activity
  • Support with variance reporting and follow up
  • Account cleanup and SAP account pairing projects to improve eCommerce onboarding and reduce processing time
  • Update client account records based on statuses and update points of contacts for client organizations
  • Identify with new account extensions, customer name clarification and account mergers, pairing of accounts in SAP, Updating Microbial Notes in Sales Force to match SAP
  • Strong communication skills for cross departmental function.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Job Qualifications

  • Student currently enrolled in an accredited college/university degree program pursuing a degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
  • Ability to fulfill a 10-12 week internship starting in May
  • Effective communication and listening skills in a teamwork environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects with a strong attention to detail

 

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00 per hour.  Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
