Job Summary
Job Qualifications
1. HR Operation
- Set up HR operation framework locally according to global principle;
- Be the interface with global HR operation to understand global principle, initiative, set up local timeline accordingly and drive the implementation in all business cross China;
- Collect andeview of existing HR knowledge (including employee policies, and employee facing tools like TalentHub);
- Lead HR operation team to provide HR shared service to all business units, including data entry, regular data audit, dashboard, reporting etc., develop staff with competencies to be successful in a shared service environment;
- Provide training to HR population on different HR tools and provide trouble shooting per request;
- Set up rules and structure for employment related documents filling, employee service, continues improvement on employees’ experience, identify and/or evaluate other potential activities that can be added to shared services and included in the services provided if appropriate;
- As project leader to lead various projects for improvement on HR operation efficiency and HR foundation.
2. Payroll Operation
- Develop payroll policies & processes, manage in-country translation of tax, rules and regulations;
- Ensure monthly payroll implementation accuracy and timely;
- Equity Management for high management team;
- Share and update to global on China social benefits related regulation, provide data support HR Head on budget wise;
- Ensure regular reports provided timely per internal requests from HR or Finance teams;
- External interface with local government and provide reports per request;
- Vendor management.
3. HR System Management
- Ensure HR system (e.g. TalentHub, time & attendance) integrity according to internal and external audit requirements;
- Ensure that set up and maintenance of all information in TalentHUB are done accurately;
- Ensure HR Operation team properly trained on all aspects of HR systems’ administration & reporting and onsite HR Team well trained on the operation of ADP relevant modules;
- Assist as needed with HR system corrections and changes, reports, metrics, etc.;
- Provide guidelines and training to the systems’ end users, work with global partners closely as HR systems super user role for some issues/problems solving.
4. Continuous Improvement
- Lead and support on the production and explanation of any policies/SOPs/Templates related to this position’s responsibilities for supporting employees, managers and HR;
- Ensure HR Service Center team charter, including team goals, SLAs and expectations for providing consistent, accurate solutions to employee inquiries with a deep focus on providing impeccable service;
- Continue to review and re-design HR operation framework, utilizing best methodology approaches to achieve auditable efficiency gains in HR processes and service delivery;
- Maintain a knowledge management central repository toolkit to provide guidance and information in a user friendly and intuitive manner for employees and managers.
5. Assist with any tasks assigned by the manager.
