Le site Charles River de Lyon est un site unique de 14 hectares, situé dans la vallée d’Azergues. Il offre un environnement scientifique innovant, dynamique et convivial où près de 1000 personnes travaillent chaque jour dans l’objectif commun de participer au développement de pharmacothérapies, dans le respect du bien-être animal.
Le poste
Au sein de notre département des Productions, nous recherchons un Technicien Prézone et Expéditions F/H en CDI pour rejoindre le service support aux opérations sur notre site de Saint-Germain-Nuelles, dans le nord-ouest lyonnais (à 35 minutes de Lyon).
Au sein d'une équipe polyvalente, vous contribuez chaque jour à l'approvisionnement des zones protégées et à la préparation des expéditions dans le respect des exigences de qualité, de biosécurité et de traçabilité. Votre activité est répartie entre les opérations de pré-zone, de conditionnement et d'expédition afin de garantir le bon fonctionnement des flux logistiques liés à nos activités de production animale.
Missions principales
Pré-zone
- Assurer la gestion des flux entrants et sortants des unités d'élevage.
- Réaliser les opérations de décontamination, stérilisation et validation des équipements et consommables.
- Effectuer les contrôles qualité nécessaires au bon fonctionnement des installations.
- Participer à la gestion des stocks et des commandes internes.
- Assurer le nettoyage, la désinfection et le maintien en conformité des locaux.
- Planifier et coordonner les interventions des services supports sur votre périmètre.
- Garantir la traçabilité des opérations réalisées.
- Développer progressivement une habilitation complète sur les équipements de stérilisation et participer aux opérations de validation associées.
Conditionnement et expéditions
- Préparer les colis et les emballages destinés aux expéditions.
- Réaliser le conditionnement des animaux et des échantillons selon les procédures en vigueur.
- Assurer la réception, le nettoyage et la désinfection des équipements de transport.
- Vérifier la conformité documentaire et physique des expéditions et des réceptions.
- Participer au chargement, déchargement et transfert des colis sur le site.
- Réaliser les livraisons internes et contribuer à la qualité du service rendu aux clients internes et externes.
- Apporter un support aux opérations de production de poches d'eau selon les besoins de l'activité.
- Participer aux activités de conditionnement et de gestion opérationnelle du C06.
Profil
- Formation de niveau Bac à Bac+2, idéalement en logistique, production ou environnement technique.
- Une première expérience dans un environnement réglementé constitue un atout.
- Vous appréciez les activités polyvalentes et le travail terrain.
- Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé et respectueux des procédures.
- Vous savez vous adapter rapidement, travailler de manière autonome tout en favorisant la coopération au sein de l'équipe.
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques (Pack Office, ERP).
Modalités
- Convention collective de l'industrie pharmaceutique.
- Rémunération à partir de 28K€ bruts sur 14 mois
- Indemnité de transport + Intéressement + Prise en charge de la mutuelle à 60% + CE + Restaurant d’entreprise avec participation employeur.
- Travail possible certains jours fériés
Site non accessible en transport en commun. Moyen de locomotion indispensable.
