We are looking for an HRBP (M/F) on a permanent contract at our site based in L'Arbresle (69).
The HRBP participates in the deployment of the company's HR strategy. As a key partner, he/she will play a versatile role in all HR activities within his/her scope, helping to attract, develop, motivate, and retain key talent.
He/she will implement projects within his/her scope and help to ensure that HR issues are taken into account in all company projects where necessary.
The incumbent is also involved in HR communication, ensuring the deployment of a corporate culture based on employee engagement and company values.
His/her ability to generate ideas enables him/her to make proposals for continuous improvement and to ensure their implementation and follow-up.
Main responsibilities
- Operational management of human resources within their scope across all HR functions (recruitment, employment contracts, onboarding, performance and compensation management, training, career management, individual and administrative management of contractual relationships, etc.)
- Advise and support managers and employees within their scope to enable HR development and the application of all HR procedures and regulations in force
- Deploy the career management and skills development policy within their scope in line with company procedures and challenges
- Contribute to HR development by proposing improvement measures and implementing the action plans required for your area of responsibility
- Manage assigned projects and play an active role in social dialogue by participating in committees and company negotiations
- Participate in HR communication in order to maintain a positive social climate and develop the corporate culture by sharing Charles River's values and employer brand
- Monitor and analyze HR indicators within your scope
- Team spirit, which is essential within the department, may lead to the backups necessary for business continuity (management of temporary staff, reporting of workplace accidents, etc.).
Your profile
- With a master's degree in Human Resources or labor law, you have at least 5 years of experience in roles that have enabled you to acquire solid skills in the required field of expertise.
- Leadership, ability to unite and support change by promoting cohesion.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English.
- Analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, applied knowledge of labor law and HR project management.
- Confidentiality, ethics, and professional conduct with regard to available information.
- Proactivity, ability to lead continuous improvement projects and structure clear procedures.
Terms and conditions
- Pharmaceutical collective agreement
- Contract: french permanent contract
- Compensation: to be discussed based on profile, over 14 months + bonus + profit sharing and incentive plan
- Transportation allowances, HO agreement, 60% coverage of health insurance, company restaurant, CSE
- Site not accessible by public transportation: means of transportation required
