Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
- Erstellung und Betreuung von Stellenausschreibungen, Koordinieren und Führen von Vorstellungsgesprächen und das Einstellungsmanagement
- Betreuung eines definierten Mitarbeitenden-Bereichs
- Betreuung des Zeiterfassungssystems
- Vorbereitung der Gehaltsabrechnungen
- Erstellung von Zeugnissen
- Organisation von Firmenevents, Mitarbeiterveranstaltungen und gesundheitsfördernden Maßnahmen
- Organisation von inhouse Events und Betreuung der Teilnehmenden
- Mitbetreuung der SOX-Kontrollen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse/Berufserfahrung im Personalbereich, wir freuen uns aber auch über Quereinsteiger, denn alle nötigen Kenntnisse können Sie bei uns erwerben
- Englischkenntnisse und Hands-on Mentalität
- Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Lust auf Teamwork
- Selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise

They partner with their colleagues across the company to develop and drive strategies and to set global standards. The functions are essential to providing a bridge between strategic vision and operational readiness, to ensure ongoing functional innovation and capability improvement.
