Le site Charles River d’Evreux est un site unique de 2 hectares, situé aux portes de la Normandie. Il offre un environnement scientifique innovant, dynamique et convivial où près de 500 personnes travaillent chaque jour dans l'objectif commun de participer au développement de pharmacothérapies, dans le respect du bien-être animal.
Le poste
Dans le cadre de la réorganisation du Département de Toxicologie, le Responsable de Service des Opérations de Toxicologie Non-Rongeurs a pour mission d’assurer le pilotage et la performance du Service Non-Rongeurs, en garantissant son bon fonctionnement et en encadrant les Responsables d’Équipes de Toxicologie.
Les missions
- Fédérer et engager l’équipe pour créer une dynamique collective performante et durable,
- Impulser la performance managériale en développant et responsabilisant les responsables d’équipe,
- Instaurer et piloter la conduite du changement en lien avec la stratégie du Groupe, en s'assurant de l'adhésion des équipes,
- Optimiser les ressources pour garantir en permanence l’adéquation charge/capacité,
- Piloter avec exigence la performance opérationnelle en sécurisant délais, coûts et indicateurs clés,
- Anticiper et réguler l’activité grâce à un pilotage fin des prévisions et une coordination étroite avec la planification,
- Arbitrer, décider et accompagner pour lever les obstacles et accélérer l’efficacité des équipes,
- Attirer, développer et faire grandir les talents en pilotant objectifs, compétences et parcours professionnels,
- Maîtriser les fondamentaux RH pour assurer une gestion fiable, équitable et performante du personnel,
- Structurer l’avenir du service en pilotant formation, investissements et plans de développement,
- Garantir l’excellence opérationnelle en assurant conformité, sécurité et amélioration continue des pratiques.

Qualifications souhaitées
Vous êtes titulaire d’une formation scientifique type Bac+3/5 et d’une expérience professionnelle réussie en management, vous possédez idéalement d’expériences en CRO.
Vous êtes reconnu.e pour vos compétences relationnelles, vos capacités d’analyses et avez un.e véritable esprit orienté solutions.
Vous portez un management moderne, orienté confiance, agilité et développement des talents.

- Convention collective de l’industrie pharmaceutique, groupe : 6
- Contrat : Cadre forfait jours
- Salaire : A compter de 38 000 € bruts / an sur 13 mois
