Mitarbeiter Logistik (m/w/d) - Wareneingang und Versand

 

Du behältst den Überblick, wenn Proben und Warensendungen bei Charles River in Erkrath eintreffen: Du nimmst sie an, prüfst sie und sorgst dafür, dass alles zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort ist. So unterstützt du aktiv die Entwicklung und Prüfung neuer Medikamente in unseren Laboren. 

Vorkenntnisse in der Logistik sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss – wir freuen uns ausdrücklich auch über motivierte Quereinsteiger*innen.


Deine Aufgaben:
 

  • Annahme eingehender Kundenproben für unsere GMP-Analytik, inklusive der Registrierung in unseren Laborinformations-Management System (LIMS)
  • Bereitstellung von Proben für die analytischen Labore
  • Ordnungsgemäßen Lagerung und Entsorgung von Proben im zentralen Prüfsubstanzlager
  • Organisation und Verwaltung des zentralen Warenlagers (Bestellung, Annahme, Erfassung, Ausgabe)
  • Sicherstellung und Überwachung des Warenbestandes
  • Versand von Prüfsubstanzen, Waren und Dokumenten einschließlich der Sendungsanmeldung
  • der Vorbereitung und Abwicklung von Sendungen 
  • der Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Einheiten und dem Projektmanagement als zentrale Anlaufstelle für Prüfsubstanz-Management, Versand & Logistik

Du bist die richtige Person für uns, wenn:
 

  • Du Erfahrung im Wareneingang,Versand oder der Logistik
  • Du an einem biotechnologischen oder pharmazeutischen Arbeitsumfeld interessiert bist
  • Du zielorientiert und strukturiert arbeitest
  • Du ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein hast
  • Du dich gut organisieren kannst und kannst gleichzeitig flexibel Situationen reagieren
  • Du sehr gute Deutsch- und grundlegende Englischkenntnisse hast

Job Description

Manages customer inventories through analysis and operations of the replenishment system. Ensures availability of product through the monitoring and oversight of inventory systems. Plans, implements and controls the efficient, effective flow and storage of goods, services and related information, for the purpose of compliance with customer expectations. Maximizes the efficiencies of shipments. Resolves unacceptable situations with customers, as well as problems between shipping locations, carriers, receiving departments, inventory analysts, and buyers to insure planned arrival of product. Acts as liaison between customer, sales, customer service and carriers. Advises on trends and/or shifts in demand that could impact company's service levels.
