Job Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with specialization in Agentforce AI development to support the enhancement of our Salesforce ecosystem across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apttus CPQ/CLM, Salesforce Data Cloud and advanced AI-driven automation initiatives. Work closely with IT and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
This is a remote position working from a home office located in India.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
AI-Driven Automation – Agentforce
· Design, build, and optimize Agentforce AI agents to automate complex service, sales, and operational workflows.
· Develop and refine prompts, skills, and actions within the Agentforce framework to deliver intelligent and context-aware automation.
· Integrate Agentforce capabilities with enterprise data models and ensure compliance with AI safety, governance, and trust frameworks.
· Work with business teams to translate interaction requirements into scalable, AI-powered agent behaviors.
· Monitor, evaluate, and enhance agent performance using analytics, feedback loops, and continuous improvement techniques.
Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) Enablement
· Configure and maintain Salesforce Data Cloud for unified data ingestion, harmonization, and identity resolution to support AI-driven workflows.
· Develop transformation rules, calculated insights, and activation models that feed personalization and Agentforce AI use cases.
· Integrate Data Cloud with Sales, Service, and external systems using connectors, event streams, and APIs.
· Ensure data governance, accuracy, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Platform Support, Collaboration & Governance
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Salesforce, Apttus, Agentforce AI agents, and Data Cloud components to ensure seamless platform performance.
· Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and CI/CD deployment processes to maintain engineering quality.
· Develop technical documentation including solution designs, data flows, agent logic, user stories, and deployment artifacts.
· Collaborate with Solution Architects, technical leads, and business stakeholders to apply architectural standards and AI best practices.
· Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives.
· Promote responsible AI use, prompt standards, and governance practices across IT and business teams.
Job Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science is preferred
· Experience: 3 to 5 years of Salesforce implementation, configuration, and administration experience, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, Data cloud and Integrations.
· Technical Expertise: Experience with Agentforce AI development (skills, actions, prompt engineering).
· Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I and (JavaScript Developer I or Platform Developer II is a plus).
· Development & Troubleshooting: Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, triggers and Salesforce design patterns & testing frameworks, with strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
· Agile & Collaboration: Experience in Agile environments with excellent communication, teamwork and business acumen to develop effective solutions.
