Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Admin/Deployment Specialist with strong Salesforce Developer expertise to manage deployments, configuration, release activities and environment governance across our Salesforce ecosystem. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth, compliant and efficient release management across multiple clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Apttus CPQ/CLM.
This position will work remote from home office located in India.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Deployment & Release Management: Lead and execute deployments across all Salesforce environments using AutoRabit, ensuring accurate and timely releases. Manage sandbox strategy, refresh cycles and data preparation to maintain consistent and reliable environments. Perform detailed impact analysis and manage rollback plans when needed. Oversee version control, metadata alignment and release branching strategies to support parallel development streams. Ensure deployments follow change-management processes, maintain audit trails and comply with IT governance, SOX and GxP regulations.
· Salesforce Development: Build and customize Apex, LWC and Flows across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Apttus CPQ/CLM.
· Automation & Workflows: Implement complex flows, custom objects, validation rules and trigger-based automation.
· Apttus CPQ Customization: Configure and customize Salesforce Apttus CPQ to enhance quoting efficiency and integrate Apttus CPQ with other modules.
· Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve issues related to Salesforce and Apttus, ensuring platform stability.
· Collaboration & Best Practices: Work with Solution Architects and Senior Developers to optimize system functionality.
· Documentation & Agile Development: Maintain technical documentation, process flows, user stories, and contribute to Agile cycles.
· Additional Skills (Preferred): Experience with Salesforce security models, APIs, CI/CD tools (AutoRabit, Github), and data migration techniques.
Job Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science is preferred
· Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration and deployment experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apttus CPQ/CLM.
· Technical Expertise: Strong experience supporting release processes in a multi-org or multi-cloud Salesforce environment and Proven experience with Apttus CPQ/CLM configurations and troubleshooting.
· Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder and Platform Developer I (preferred)
· Development & Troubleshooting: Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, triggers and Salesforce design patterns & testing frameworks, with strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
· Agile & Collaboration: Experience in Agile environments with excellent communication, teamwork and business acumen to develop effective solutions.
