Job Summary

 

As a Commercial Sales Training Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the development, organization, and delivery of training and communication materials for the commercial organization. Your primary responsibility will be transforming existing training content into engaging, interactive learning experiences that help upskill the sales team and support new product introductions. You will also assist in evaluating and reorganizing our intranet site to improve navigation, structure, and content accessibility.

In addition, you will contribute to our communication efforts by drafting weekly news posts and preparing internal newsletters distributed to the commercial team. This internship is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, and eager to learn, with strong attention to detail and an interest in instructional design, digital content creation, or commercial training.

 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

•    Convert existing training materials into interactive, engaging e-learning modules using designated course-authoring tools. 
•    Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to clarify content, ensure accuracy, and enhance the instructional design of training materials. 
•    Assist in reviewing, cataloging, and restructuring the Commercial Training intranet site to improve usability, navigation, and content organization. 
•    Support the redesign of intranet pages, libraries, and structure using best practices for user experience and content management. 
•    Draft, edit, and publish weekly internal news posts to keep the sales organization informed of key updates and announcements. 
•    Prepare and distribute routine newsletters summarizing new training materials, product updates, and other commercial communications. 
•    Perform content audits, identify gaps or outdated materials, and recommend improvements. 
•    Participate in team meetings, contribute to brainstorming sessions, and assist with special projects as needed.

 

 

Job Qualifications


•    Education: rising junior or senior in Education, Learning & Development, Sales, Marketing, Communications or related field
•    Capable of working with a minimum of supervision remotely, able to handle multiple tasks, and effectively prioritize based on departmental goals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  
•    Experience in the use of standard office computer applications (word processing, presentations, email) 
•    Organizational skills and attention to detail required.  

 


WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This is a remote position, and the candidate is expected to have appropriate accommodations to work remotely and meet the expectations listed in duties and responsibilities. 


COMMENTS:


Due to the global nature of our client base, occasionally working off hours and being flexible to team meetings in other time zones will be necessary.

 

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.

 

Must be authorized to work in the United States without a sponsor visa.
