Job Summary

 

Responsible for: Supporting Learning & Development (L&D) and Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives by coordinating training programs, support with training material development, change management communications, assisting with training logistics, and providing administrative and technical support to ensure project success.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate training programs, including scheduling, and tracking participation.
  • Support development of training materials 
  • Assist with virtual training sessions and provide logistical and technical support for virtual training on platforms like Microsoft Teams.
  • Support OCM communication, change management plans, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Collaborate on OCM communication materials, such as announcements and training updates.
  • Accurately Maintain and update stakeholder ID lists.
  • Document key insights and follow-up actions from meetings and training sessions.
  • Track project progress and support ad hoc L&D and OCM tasks to meet EPM project deadlines and team goals.

Job Qualifications

  • Education: Pursuing a degree bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, marketing, organizational development, business administration, or related field.
  • Other: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Camtasia, Canva, and virtual platforms like Microsoft Teams (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with ADDIE and change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills (Preferred)

 

The pay range for this position is $22.00-23.00 per hour.  Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.*
