Job Summary
We’re seeking a highly creative and versatile Specialist Multimedia Designer to lead the design and production of engaging visual and digital experiences across video and interactive platforms. This role blends strategic design thinking, storytelling, and technical expertise to deliver high-impact multimedia content that enhances our brand and supports marketing and communications goals.
The ideal candidate brings a diverse creative skill set—combining strong visual design and motion skills with a solid understanding of UX/UI principles. You’ll create a wide range of assets, including videos, animations, infographics, digital ads, and interactive web experiences, ensuring cohesive design and a seamless user experience. From concept through final delivery, you’ll translate complex ideas into visually compelling stories that resonate across multiple channels.
This position will work remote from home office. Travel may be required for multimedia shoots, events, or team meetings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the design and development of various digital media projects. Transform complex ideas into visually appealing and user-friendly digital experiences.
- Own the design process for assigned projects from concept to final execution, ensuring quality while adhering to deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement multimedia projects that align with business objectives.
- Maintain and manage brand standards, including logos, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines, while acting as a steward of the visual brand and reinforcing best practices.
- Leverage data and analytics to iterate and refine design approaches based on performance metrics and user insights.
Job Qualifications
Education:
- Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field required.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital media design, interactive, or a similar creative field.
- Proven experience in leading multimedia projects from concept to execution.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative storytelling and technical expertise in design, motion graphics, and UX/UI.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles and digital media trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with visual identity design, ensuring consistency across print, digital, and video media.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working in corporate branding, advertising agencies, or digital marketing teams.
- Strong layout and typography skills to create visually compelling and brand-aligned designs.
- Proven ability to develop interactive multimedia storytelling experiences that drive audience engagement.
Compensation Data
The pay range for this position is $65K - 83K USD annually. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
