Job Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Process Specialist with the Commercial Enablement department. This role can be based in either UK or Europe.
The duties and responsibilities for this are:
- The Process Specialist will assist with the commercial process optimization, documentation for implementing technology for various processes, sites or teams.
- You will work with a Strategic Process Specialist or Process Lead to assist with the product roadmap and support the overall strategic vision.
- You will have a basic understanding of the global processes, and will help to document dependencies, impacts, and risks with other team’s functions while developing strategic partnership across the different teams.
- You will work closely within the team to ensure business value and user feedback is translated into correct business processes and technology deliverables.
- The Process Specialist will also assist in documenting specific business KPIs based on the area of the process you are focused on.
Job Qualifications
Minimum requirements for this role include:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience of business analytics, experience within Charles River or equivalent CRO experience.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
• Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams from tech, design, and business. Proven knowledge and understanding of standard practices, technology and supporting CRO industry principles.
• Knowledge of and strong interest in emerging digital technologies. Might include but not limited to Salesforce, Smartsheet, SAP, RPM, M-files, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Apollo, etc.
Salary for this position dependent on skills and experience.
