Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Candidate Experience Associate (contract) for our global talent acquisition team, located in Reno, NV. This is a contract role that could develop into a permanant FTE position.
This unique entry level recruiting role ensures an excellent candidate experience for early talent or high-volume recruitment. From screening, phone interviewing to background checks, candidate care continues until the first day when our best in-class onboarding journey begins.
Job Qualifications
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners, HR Business Partners and hiring managers to meet hiring needs.
- Attract the right talent into our entry level roles by establishing productive relationships with local high schools, universities, and community colleges.
- Pipeline talent, screen and launch selection assessments.
- Conduct phone interviews and support for entry-level roles.
- May support hiring managers as on-site point of contact to facilitate our Enhanced Interview Process.
- May facilitate/support hiring events, same day offers and guide candidates through our expedited drug screen and background check process.
- Act as a hiring ‘concierge’ to the candidate, from the moment they apply to the moment they start.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Coordinators or lead the process to monitor status of background checks and escalate as needed.
- Track metrics of interviews and hires and report out monthly.
- May support early career programming, including intern events and communications.
- Assist with project work as needed.
Minimum requirements for the role:
- Minimum 2 years related experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred or a combination of a high school diploma with 4 years of applicable experience required.
- Skilled at planning and prioritizing work activities; able to easily adapt as goals, priorities, and role responsibilities may change.
Compensation Data
The pay range for this position is $27.00/hr-$29.00/hr. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
About Safety Assessment
Charles River is committed to helping our partners expedite their preclinical drug development with exceptional safety assessment services, state-of-the-art facilities and expert regulatory guidance. From individual specialty toxicology and IND enabling studies to tailored packages and total laboratory support, our deeply experienced team can design and execute programs that anticipate challenges and avoid roadblocks for a smooth, efficient journey to market. Each year approximately 300 investigational new drug (IND) programs are conducted in our Safety Assessment facilities.
