Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Project Partner for Safety Assessment located remotely.
The Client Project Partner provides short‑term, assignment‑based support for newly awarded multi‑site studies within Safety Assessment programs. In this role, the individual is responsible for setting up early project infrastructure (e.g., trackers, communication plans, workflows, and documentation) and then transitioning ownership to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
Essential responsibilities:
- Assist with initial project kick‑off activities by preparing project trackers, communication maps, and other documentation frameworks as needed.
- Organize early project information, timelines, dependencies, and requirements to create a clear structure for full project execution.
- Ensure all setup activities follow internal project management standards, templates, and best practices.
- Build and maintain initial versions of project tools, including status trackers, risk logs, contact lists, action item logs, and communication plans.
- Standardize and format materials to ensure they are clear, easy to use, and optimized for ongoing project management by internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate early communications between Study Director(s)/Scientists, internal business partners, and clients to gather necessary information for setup materials.
- If needed, assist with scheduling and preparing early‑phase meetings, capturing action items, and organizing handoff documentation.
- Prepare comprehensive handoff packages that include all trackers, communication maps, logs, setup documentation, etc.
- Deliver clear verbal and written transitions to internal project owners, ensuring the tools and next steps are understood.
- Provide brief support during the transition period before disengaging from the assignment.
- Identify early‑stage risks, gaps, or dependencies that may impact long‑term project execution and escalate them to line management.
Job Qualifications
The following are minimum requirement related to the Client Project Partner, Safety Assessment position.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in science, business, project management, or related discipline.
- Experience: Zero to two years of experience in project coordination, client support, or administrative roles.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
- Certification/License: N/A
- Other: Strong organizational skills with the ability to quickly structure and document new information. Effective communicator, capable of managing early‑phase interactions with internal teams and clients. Comfortable shifting across multiple assignments and working in a fast‑paced environment. Familiarity with project management concepts and tools; ability to learn new systems quickly. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, precise documentation.
Compensation Data
The pay range is $58,0000 - $65,000 annually. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
