Located in Shrewsbury, our Charles River Massachusetts facility provides GLP and Non-GLP toxicology services in a variety of species, and conducts PK/PD studies, as well as discovery pharmacology. The site also provides dose formulation, analytical chemistry, clinical pathology, and bioanalysis services.
Other support capabilities are Surgery, Veterinary Services, Information Technology, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Consulting, Program Management, and Safety and Operations. The town frequently has festivals and free movie days. We have Dean Park that is great for sports, walking your pets and entertaining your kids (as well as many free concerts). You do not have to travel far to find what you need, whether a pet groomer, florist, painting/pottery studio, Shrewsbury has it all! We are less than 15 minutes to some of the best Hospitals in Massachusetts. We have a small ski/snowboarding/snow tubing center that also has fun activities in the summer.
There are also trails and outdoor spaces to enjoy in town. We have our own beach (Sunset Beach) and if boating is your thing, Regatta Point is minutes away where you can enjoy watching all of the races and the sail boats go by or even take a crew class here in Shrewsbury at the Donahue Rowing Center. We also have a new winery where you can enjoy a glass of wine made here in Shrewsbury and watch the sunset!
